At the end of the month when you find yourself completely high and dry at that point of time the customer needs to understand the limitations of the money he earns and the kind of debts that he holds. This is a critical situation which needs to be understood properly. The customer tends to become hyper tensed at the end of each month when he sees that continuously month after month he is in the same condition time and again.
